James Edward Casseday Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Edward Casseday of Jasper, Tennessee, who passed away on March 24, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Dale and Josephine Molisse Casseday; and his siblings, Junior Casseday, Lynn Casseday, Fred Casseday, Arlene Molisse, Eva Shaffer and Doylene Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Richey Casseday; his children, Becky Bowen (Johnny), Jamie Casseday (Pam) and Angie Holloway (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Serria Adkins (Kyle), Ashly Casseday, Alston Casseday (Devan), Cade Holloway, Tristan Bowen (McKay), Aubrey Holloway and Charlee Casseday; his great grandchildren, Nora Roe Casseday, Lainey James Casseday, Kyllie Adkins, Tyde Adkins and River Adkins; and his brothers, Phil Casseday, Bob Casseday and Richard Casseday (Carolyn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Corner Stone Funeral Chapel (40 Cornerstone Dr, Ider, AL 35981).
