He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Monroe Adams and Mattie Mae Rector Adams; his son Rick Adams; and his sister Carol Woods. He is survived by: his son Randy Adams; his stepdaughters, Janet Herrington and Suzanne Lawson; his siblings, Robert Eugene Adams and Linda Joyce Ezell; his granddaughter Kathryn Adams; and his great grandchild Kiayel Beasley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
