He is survived by: his wife Judy Morrison Rogers; his children, Jill Rogers Foster of Raleigh, NC and Matthew Rogers (Nicole); his grandchildren, Webb Foster and Catherine Foster; his brother Thomas Earl Rogers; his niece LaNea Fraker (David); and his cousins, Rosie Joels Gamble and Tom Joels.
