With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eula Mae Garner of Jasper, Tennessee, who passed away on February 5, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Parker and Zona Moree Parker; her husband James R. Garner, Jr.; her siblings, John P. Parker, Jr., Max Parker, Helen Quinn, Gladys Wilkerson and Rosetta Bain; and her grandsons, Anthony Rosette and Richard Andrew Rosette.
She is survived by: her daughters, Alice Smalley (Billy) and Dianna Ruston; her grandchildren, Sandy Smalley, Jason Ruston and Brian Ruston; and her great grandchildren, Blake, Kayla and Hunter Ruston. She is also survived by other family members and special friends.
