With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorris I. Chapman of Jasper, Tennessee, who passed away on June 24, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emuil McNabb and Ruth Sexton McNabb; her son Vern Chapman; her siblings, Boyd McNabb, Shirley V. Brackett and Imogene Fox; and her grandson Shane Chapman.
She is survived by: her husband Arlen L. Chapman; her sons, Gregory B. Chapman (Sabrina) and Michael A. Chapman (Starlana); her brother-in-law James Fox; her sister Gay McDaniel; and her close friend Mike Burrell. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
