He is survived by: his wife Beverly Walters Chmielewski; his daughters, Amy Lawhorn (Jason), Lori Grider (Tracy) and Jennifer Willis (Wesley); his siblings, Henry Chmielewski (Michelle Ferguson), Chris Hanlon (John), Irene Lykins (Randy), Wanda Deardurff and Mary Ann Hurst; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Hannah, Bryant, Grayson, Jacob, Jacie and Barrett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
