It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Carson of Jasper, Tennessee, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Randy Carson; his parents, Calvin Dean Carson and Alline Perkins Moss; and his brother Bobby Dean Carson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Carson; his children, Calvin Carson (Jocelyn), Sherri Sisk (Johnny) and Gay Stamey (Ron); his daughter-in-law Alice Carson; his grandchildren, Ashley, James Keeler, Derek, Molly Sisk, Jessica Anne Carson, Brandt, Jessica Rae Carson and Heather Stamey; his great grandchildren, Jayleigh, Garrison Keeler, Harper, Hadley, Baby H Sisk, Caden and Andren Carson; and his granddaughters, Elleson Sayler and Sophie Ridge. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
Mask and social distancing will be required per CDC regulations.
Flowers and arrangements will be appreciated or the family request that donations be made to Jasper First Baptist Church for the "missionary program" in honor of Ducky Carson.
