She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ross Payne and Georgia Louise Blevins Payne; her daughter Gina Webb; and her brother Dwight Jay Payne. She is survived by: her husband Harley "Vern" Webb; her daughter Kara Webb; her granddaughter Ally Grace Ferguson; and her sisters, Brenda Peardon (Ronnie), Freda Meredino and Donna Walters (Gene). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home (21 E 5th St, Jasper, TN 37347). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
