It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Kelly of Jasper, Tennessee, who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Billy" Raymond Kelly and Mary Ruth Henderson Kelly; and his grandson Layne Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Diane Kelly; his son Matthew Kelly; his siblings, Terry Kelly (Ozella), Faye Callaway (Jeff), Glenda Stevens (Tim) and Jody Kelly; and his stepson Chris Payne.
