He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Lyle Sisk; his parents, Joe Sisk and Myrtle Sisk; his son Randy Sisk; his son-in-law Barry Shirley; his grandsons, J. D. Sisk, Landon and Brandon Shirley; and his siblings, Joe Sisk, Jr., James Sisk and Dorothy Hoback.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Sisk (Sherri), Jackie Sisk and Jan Sisk Shirley; his grandchildren, Ashley Keeler (James), Derek Sisk (Molly), Darcy Warrick (Jeff) and Tyler Shirley (Jessica); and his sisters, Mary Evans and Beulah Holcomb.
