He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roosevelt Campbell and Ruby Webb Campbell; his wife Betty Jean Campbell; and his siblings, Lawrence Campbell, Gene Campbell, Carl Campbell, Sr., Clyde Campbell, Linda Thomas, Anna Jane Campbell and Patsy Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Campbell (Peggy) and Tammy Scisson (Marc); and his sister Judy McCrary (Jesse). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
