We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, at the age of 58, Cecil Barnes of Jasper, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Cecil Barnes and Mary Katherine Hall Barnes; and his brother John Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Wilson Barnes; his daughters, Nikki Fields (Hunter) and Morgann Ybanez (Jeremy Burrage); his sister Susan Simcox; and his grandson Monroe "Roro" Creekmore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
