She was predeceased by: her father Dick Evans; her son Joshua Lynn Slatton; her brothers, Jerry Don Evans and Jimmy Ray Evans; her nephews, Jonathan Ray Evans and Christopher Michael Evans; and her niece Carolyn Brook Evans.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Sisk Evans; the father of her children Ricky Slatton; her daughter Ryan Holloway (Donald); her siblings, Kenneth Evans, Paul Wayne Evans (Deb), Roger Evans (Sheila), Ronnie Evans (Lucy) and Cathie Brown (Wesley); her sister-in-law Audrey Evans; her grandchildren, Haley Matthews, Jared Slatton, Brandon Slatton and Caden Slatton; and her great grandchild John Steven Beene. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews and numerous friends.
