She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Webb and Gladys Layne Webb; and her brother Jim Webb. She is survived by: her husband Clinton Tate; her children, Sonny Morgan and Shannon (Sidney Morgan); her grandchildren, Garrison, Scout, Helena, Sara, Carly Morgan, Erik Tate, Devin, Ashley, Kyle Babbitt, Patricia Tate and Roy Evan Tate; and her nieces, Dawn, Kristi and Brooke Webb. She is also survived by many family members and special friends.
