He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Duggan and Martha Idelle Stonecipher; his wife Fay Kirk Duggan; and his grandson Jeromy Richardson. He is survived by: his children, Randy Duggan, Robin Richardson (Eddy), Darlene Reed (Bobby), Missi Moore (Billy) and Brooke Green (Michael); and his sisters, Evelyn Rogers and Pat Blevins. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tate Funeral Home (950 Mel Dixon Ln, Jasper, TN 37347). A burial was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery.
