He is survived by: his wife Gail Braxton; his daughters, Sherry Nichols (Bobby) and Traci Harrison (James); his grandchildren, Jessica McDaniel (Kevin), James Bryan Moore, III and Brittany Smith (Tristan); and his great grandchildren, Clain Whitley McDaniel, Palmer Reed McDaniel, Easton Smith and Ellie Smith.
