She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack "Skipper" and Stella Grider Phillips; her siblings, Billy Mack Phillips, Paul Phillips, George "Wick" Phillips, Mary Nell Phillips Colston, Ollie Mae Phillips, Ethel Faye Phillips, Jean and Jerry Phillips; and her nephews, Barry Colston and Allen Phillips (Eddie Bell, Sr.).
She is survived by: her siblings, Otis Phillips (Judy), James "Skip" Phillips (Donna) and Betty Sue Phillips Hayes; her nieces and nephews, Kathy Phillips Horton (Alvin), Martha Jo Hayes, Carol Jean Hayes (Roger), Joy Bolton (Troy), Teresa Davis (Michael), Laura Parker (Robert), Joel "Sepp" Colston (Kim), Nathan Phillips (Susie), Mack Phillips (Tammy), Ryan Phillips (Kim) and David (Christy); her pet Shadow Black; and her nieces and nephews, Savannah Magnolia, Mooch, Buddy, Spanky, Kay Meeks (Windell), Judy Brewer, Sharon Lawhorn, Inez Johnson, Carolyn Keahey, Sherri and Sisk. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; great-great niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Foundation at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, in memory of Addie Jo Phillips.
