He is survived by: his wife Sharon Toney; his siblings, Ann Sellers (Steve), Judy Cartwright (Dean), David Toney, Fred Toney (Susan), Donnie Toney, Marion Toney, Jackie Gainer and Sidney Roberts (Joe); his grandson Jacob Toney; and his nieces and nephews, Aaron, Crystal, Curtis, Cara Lynn Spangler, Brian, Brianna, Jacob, Sarah White, Jeremy, Cynthia, Corbin, Kaden, Taryn, Jordan White, Kelly, Ricky, Rylie, Rorie Cox, Kyle, Hasmik, Alexandra Sellers and Kelicia Sellers.
