He was predeceased by: his wife Ella Mae Ledbetter; his son Johnny Neil Winningham; his parents, Caster Ledbetter and Hazel Ledbetter (Hooten); and his siblings, E. J. Ledbetter Jerry Ledbetter and Bonnie Booher.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Dale Ledbetter, Shana Ledbetter and Tammy Koger (Roger); his grandchildren, Jennifer King, Dakota Beaty, Katy Tinch, Willie Luke Ledbetter and Shelley Rae Ledbetter; his stepgrandsons, Trey Koger and Tyler Koger; and his siblings, Dale Ledbetter and Jo Harrell Polly Craft.
