With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilford Tipton of Jamestown, Tennessee, who passed away on February 26, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Tipton and Chloie Tipton (Neal); his siblings, Brenda Cowan, Mary Cook, Shirley Darling and Jerry Tipton; and his brothers-in-law, David Crabtree, Teddy Beaty and Billy Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Tipton (Delk); his son Shane Tipton (Grace Elizabeth Bowman); his grandchildren, Clint Bowman, Dallas Bowman, Carly Tipton, Trevor Tipton, Austin Tipton Brothers, Walter Tipton (Linda), Freddy Tipton (Robyn), Mark Tipton (Kathy), Luke Tipton (Debbie) and John Tipton (Tonya); his sisters, Wilma Van Natter, Wilda Jones, Barbara Crabtree, Linda Beaty and Marsha Evans (Jeff); and his sister-in-law Karen Tipton A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
