He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Leo and Velma Lee Bowden (Gunter); and his siblings, Maxine Price, Jonell Crabtree, Jean Conley and Ralph Bowden.
He is survived by: his wife Emogene Bowden (Cook); his daughter Karen Huling (Kevin April Hall); his grandchildren, Kayla Miller (Dustin), Kaleb Huling (Hannah), Mahala Miller (Nicholas) and Bailey Norris; his great grandchildren, Lola, Lyla and Tytan; and his siblings, Ritchell Bowden Jim Bowden and Geraldine Sharp (G. B.). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the American Cancer Society or to Cremation Expenses.
