Virginia Lankford Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2023, at the age of 97, Virginia Lankford (Jamestown, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Lankford; her mother Beulah Bowman (Shipley); and her siblings, Howard Bowman and Elizabeth Bauerle (Bowman). She is survived by: her son Philip Newby (Alisa); her grandson Paul Newby (Jodie Rebecca Worboys); her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Abigail Worboys Greg Newby; and her siblings, Victor Bowman (Judy) and Melvia Brumlow (Buddy). She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.

Virginia was an avid quilt maker, never sold any of them, however she would donate to special people in her life and donate to people in need.
