He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Harding and Gladys Harding (Dishmon); his brother Randy Harding; and his father-in-law Johnny Rexroat. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Harding; his children, Misty Clark (Matt), Wes Harding (Laura), Sarah Bertram (Travis) and William Lee Byrge (Danielle); his grandchildren, Jake Donatiello, Damian Schmidt, Ophelia Stephens, Bryson Atkinson and Silas Beaty; his siblings, Bill Harding, Shawn Harding, Jack Harding, Bobby Harding, Ricky Harding, Joyce Pennycuff, Patty Lowe, Kathy Copley and Judy Delk; his mother-in-law Nadine Rexroat; and the mother of his children Debbie Delk A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family & friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
