Tim Choate Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tim Choate of Jamestown, Tennessee, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alma Choate, Kermit and Nada Garrett; and his stepfather Rob Robinson. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Adams (Philip Adams III) and Kelli McNellis (Brannon); his grandchildren, Alexis Adams, Philip Adams IV and Finley McNellis; his parents, Hershel Choate and Nancy Robinson (Garrett); his grandfather Austin Choate; and his siblings, Donnie Conatser (Traci), David Conatser (Alana), Darrell Conatser and Kermiatta Conatser Lynell Dobbs A. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made towards funeral expenses.
