She was predeceased by: her father Jessie Fred Perkins; her grandmother Clio Perkins; and her close friend Helen Whited. She is survived by: her mother Margie Perkins; her children, Tiffany Lewis, Stephanie Perkins, Allie Cooper and Thomas Cooper (Amy); her grandchildren, Lilly, Leah, Lanie Lewis, Nevaeh Lowe, David Bertram, Carter, Willow Perkins, Walton Stephens, Lydia, Aaliyah, Jayden Hargis, Londyn Cooper Brothers, Kenny Sheppard, Steve Sheppard, Robert Stockton (Kerry) and Kenny Hoover; her sisters, Robbin Rochelle, Patricia Slaven (Nathan) and Jeanie Hughes (Sheila Cooper); and her cousin Gail Reed.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes, Inc. (414 N Main St, Jamestown, TN 38556). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family request donations toward funeral expenses and they can be left at Jennings Funeral Homes.
