She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Nelson Young; her parents, Walter G. Cox and Edna Eva Cox (Petree); and her siblings, G. W. Cox, Verlin B. Cox, Eva Edna Cox, Larry Jr. Cox, Dona Fedewa, Roma Cox and Alvin Ray Cox.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Bruce (Gary); her grandchildren, Landon Bruce, Ansley Bruce and Kinsley Bruce; her siblings, Fern King, Volena Hatch, Judy Stewart (Fred Best Friend) and Hazel Beaty; her caregivers, Ruth Atkins, Deanna Garrett of Phyllis Petree, NHC and Cookeville; and her close friends, Lyle and Connie Delk A. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the Fentress County Food Bank.
