He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee and Bernice Lee (Bartell); his son Chad Lee; his granddaughter Annalynn Bowden; and his parents-in-law, Aaron McCoy and Joyce Earlene Warden (Cooper).
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lee (Warden); his children, Angie Brown (Stephen), Bradley Bowden (Rebecca) and Jason Bowden (Katelan); his grandchildren, Megan Bass, Aaron Bowden (Amber), James, Ethan, Jared, Alexandria, Levi, Isaac Bowden and Grayson Bowden; and his siblings, Darrell Lee (Melissa) and Connie Rahm A Host. He is also survived by 3 Great Grandchildren.
