He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Roe Rains and Nita Jean Rains Little (Smith); and his brother Kent Rains. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Roe Rains (Kayla) and Bethany Stevens-Gleesing (Daniel); his granddaughters, Kaylee Roe Rains, Emma Stevens and Annabella Stevens; and his brother Rudy Rains.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes, Inc. (414 N Main St, Jamestown, TN 38556). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
