He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Bowmer and Stella Mae Bowmer (York); his granddaughter Lea Faith Winningham; and his brother Steve Bowmer Scott Bowmer. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bowmer (Strunk); his daughters, Ashley Garrett (Rockford), Casey Winningham (Adam) and Tiffany Lloyd (Roger); his grandchildren, Jordan, Madisyn Garrett Landyn and Eli Winningham; his sister Deborah Jones (James); and his sister-in-law Paula Bowmer Lisa Johnson A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family & friends.
