Otis Lackey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2023, at the age of 81, Otis Lackey (Jamestown, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Lackey (Benadum); his son Paul Lackey; his parents, Virgil Lackey and Tanie Lackey (Mills); his brothers, Avery Lackey, Charles Lackey and Dewey Lackey; and his nephew Marc Lackey.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Rains (Ron); his granddaughter Chloe; his siblings, Faye Elwood, Vida Smithley, Freda Cross, Verna Dell Lackey Martin, Linda McIntire and Owens Lackey; and his niece Cathy Lackey A. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other family and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the local Best Friends Sanctuary.
