He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willard Blevins, Bertha Watson, Odas and Wanda Lowe; his parents, Oscar Lowe and Linda England (Debbie Moses); his sister Lessa Hicks; and his nephew Wade Lowe.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marsha Gunter, Tina Morgan (Mikey Samantha Lloyd), Justin Lowe (Regina), Josh Lowe (Kurstin), Ryan Lowe, Darrel Houdeshell and Kirby Wright (Martha). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made towards cremation expenses.
