He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta Norris (Slaven); his parents, Lester Norris and Reeda Norris (Jeffers); and his brothers, Charles and Jewel Hall.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Norris (Racheal), Debra Ramirez (Catrino), Sherry Vandercook and Melissa Norris; and his brothers, James H. Norris, Lester Wayne Norris and Lowell Elliott Norris. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren 15 Great Grandchildren.
