He is survived by: his children, Myra Koger and Paul Ellis (Sharon Stephen Ellis); his grandchildren, Jason Koger (Sheena), Benjamin Ellis (Charis), Landon Ellis (Ashley), Talitha Koger (Dallas Fielden), DeLeah Roysdon (Eric), Paula Witt (John), Leslie Patton (Stephen) and Sarah McDonald (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Jaleigh Koger, Nora, Sam, Kate Ellis, Lydia Ellis, Jordan Roysdon, Kenley, Raelyn Roysdon, James, George, Eva, Johnny Witt, Elgie, Liem Porter, Andalyn, Rowan, Brylee McDonald and Kyleigh Roysdon; and his sisters, Elma Cole, Rheba Ellis, Ola Tompkins and Lona Sewell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Helen United Baptist Church (4852 Mt Helen Rd, Allardt, TN 38504). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
