He is survived by: his daughter Kiera Broyles; his parents, Anna Broyles and Thomas Broyles; his fiancés, Trish Slaven Brothers, Kenneth Broyles, Elliot Broyles and Joni; and his uncle Charles Garrett.

“Mike was one of the best people I ever met. Met him at Camp Shelby, but got to know him at FOB O’Ryan. He was try to teach me something on a guitar once and I said “my fingers don’t do that”. Goddamn, he was one of the good ones. That’s for sure.”
