She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Richard Sweet; her great grandchild Oakley Richard Pugh; her parents, David Lafayette Hancock and Mary Bertha Hancock (Crockett); and her siblings, Rathe Woodrow Hancock, Menzo Hancock, David "Junior" Hancock, Fred Hancock and Kathleen Hammonds.
She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Sweet (Angie) and Jerry Sweet (Karen); her granddaughters, Tambra Sweet Hayes (Trevor) and Destiny Sweet Pugh (Dakota); her siblings, E. J. Hancock (Linda) and Robbie Linder; and her close friend Charlene Evans. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
