She was predeceased by: her husband John M Wheeler; her grandson Scott Rich; her parents, Henry Pickens Rushton and Maude Victoria Harden; and her siblings, Vernon Malcolm, Richard Bruce Rushton, Dorothea Tucker, Lelia Connor, Inez Koss and Lillie Allen.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Wheeler; her grandchildren, Thomas Whisnant II (Michele) of Blythe, GA, Jason Wheeler (Emily) of Cookeville, TN, Alexandria Wheeler of Franklin, TN, Alicia Hammock (Chris) of Jamestown and Erica Wheeler; and her great grandchildren, Kane Krios of Columbia, SC and Holden R. Whisnant of Blythe, GA.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Manna House Ministries or to the Gideons.
