She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Jackson Olmstead; her son Scottie Jackson Olmstead (Rebekah); her parents, Wesley Cook and Annie Cook; and her granddaughter Amy Bass.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Olmstead (Melissa), Sid Olmstead (Mary Catherine) and Russell Olmstead (Jackie); her siblings, Lonnie Cook, Oscar Cook, Linda Findley, Ann Clark, Lilly Cooper and Laura Stephens; and her grandchildren, William (Renea), Samantha, Matthew, Caleb (Christy) and Jeremiah.
