It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lonnie Choate of Jamestown, Tennessee, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amber Choate and Lois Choate (Emily Choate); and his siblings, Stacy Choate, Rocky Choate, Joey Choate, Tommy Choate, Sarah Giese, Bradley Choate, Ralph Choate and Maggie Boeing (Frank Smith).
He is survived by: his children, Tim Koger (Mary Watson), Melanie Choate (Roy Evans) and Danielle Herald (Daniel); his grandchildren, Dustin Handley, Mandi Handley, Lexi Davis, Katlin Evans and Allen Evans; his great grandchild Marley Bolin Luna Evans; his brother Mark Choate (Philline); and his caregiver Debra Gluff A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
