He is survived by: his children, Bernie "Murf" Murphy (Lorrie) of Jamestown and Jerri Hartzell of Elizabethtown, PA.; his grandchild Bernie Murphy (Julianne Mammana) of Jacksonville; his great grandchildren, Elijah Murphy of Stockertown, PA, James Weller of Allentown, PA and Emma Murphy of Jacksonville; his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Reeder (Jack) of Jamestown and Jack Volkert of Easton, PA; and his close friend Jim Bennett.
