She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Beatty; her son Bobby Neal; her parents, Roy Owens and Ruth Owens (Zachary); and her siblings, Brenda Owens Taylor and David Owens.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Marcie Neal; her sister-in-law Norma Owens; her nephews, John Taylor, James Taylor, Dr. David R. Owens (Lindsey), Dane Owens (Ripley) and Cody Owens (Kristin); her niece Jessica Happney (Wayne); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lillie Owens, Anna Happney, Zach Happney and Mason Happney.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Pleasant View Church of the Nazarene.
