He is survived by: his wife Clarissa Brannon; his children, Mara Brannon and Jerry Brannon, Jr.; his grandsons, Dale Brannon and Zayden Doran; his sisters, Anna Hensley, Wilma Shrewsbury (James), Janet Brown, Susie Murphy, Judy Copley (Jimmy), Billie Allsbrooks (Dwayne) and Elsie Doss; his parents-in-law, David LaForce, Sr. and Tina LaForce; his siblings-in-law, David LaForce Jr. (Misty Jason LaForce) and Melissa Winningham; and his nieces, Katie, Faith, Angeliyah and Jayleagh LaForce.
