He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Loy (Qualls); his mother Peggy Loy (Hamrick); his daughter Tiffany Price (Casey); his grandchildren, Macey Price and Brayden Price; his siblings, Patti Williams (Ronnie), Keith Loy (Betty) and Tim Loy (Cheryl); his nieces and nephews, Ross, Rachel, Blake, Tanner and Amy; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kylie, Landon and Ciara; his mother-in-law Lillian Qualls; his sister-in-law Linda Qualls; his pet Jasmine; and his close friends, Charlie Phillips, Johnny Hughes, Tammy Clayborn, Janet and Bobby Wilson A.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made towards funeral expenses.
