She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Cook; her parents, Warren Storie and Mae Storie (Rains); her sister Juanita Upchurch; her parents-in-law, Edison and Zodell Cook (Flowers); and her siblings-in-law, Clayton Upchurch Jr. Alta Storie, Lois Cook, Anna Mae Cook, Tootie Potter, Jim, Ronnie and Tim.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Matthews (Robbie), Joey Cook (Sandy), Greg Cook (Stephanie) and Tina Rhoton (Dale); her brother Bill Storie; and her siblings-in-law, Juanita Cook Debbie Cook and David Cook (Ann). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren 21 Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes, Inc. (414 N Main St, Jamestown, TN 38556). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
