He is survived by: his wife Janetta Owens (Copeland); his sons, Taylor Owens (Crystal) and Austin Owens (Beth); his grandchildren, Hyzer, Layla, Avi Rose Owens, Breanna Owens, Gracie, Scarlett and Tommy Clouse; his parent Retta Owens (Davis); his siblings, Frank Owens, Sherry Crabtree (Ben) and Patricia Rogers (Bruce); his parent Audrey Copeland; his siblings-in-law, Steve Copeland, Keith Copeland (Teresa), Billy Copeland (Stephanie) and Michelle Fowler (Ricky); and his close friends, Doug Voiles, Jesse Voiles of Nathan Howard, T. J, Waters A and Paris Copeland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made towards funeral expenses.
