We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 89, Hugo Leroy Hoffman of Jamestown, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Una Fay Hoffman (Dagley); his parents, Ester Hoffman (Jones) and Henry Hoffman; and his siblings, Mary Jane Smith (Evert) and Fred Hoffman.

He is survived by: his siblings, Clara Kendall (Hoffman) and Floyd Hoffman A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the Wright Cemetery Fund.
