He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Duggan (Dishmon); his children, Cindy Conatser, Warren Duggan (Susan) and Julia Purcell (Nathan); his grandchildren, Kacey Buttrey (Levi), Karey Smith (Will), Emma Wright (Jordan) and Cade Brannon; his great grandchildren, Lane, Aavah Buttrey, Rylee, Rhett Smith and Brady Wright; his sisters, Ella Jaye Manis, Pat Brown (Lonnie) and Charollet Conatser (Junior); and his sister-in-law Virginia Iva Duggan.
