She was predeceased by: her father Leo Potter. She is survived by: her husband Dana Ashburn; her daughters, Amber Ashburn and Alyssa Smith (CJ); her mother Brenda Potter; her sisters, Benita Conatser and Gretchen Huff (Chris); her nephew Hunter Huff; and her mother-in-law Vella Mae Ashburn. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by: Father: Leo Potter, In lieu of flowers donations be made toward medical expenses.
