She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Richards; her parents, Ore "Irene" Howard (Sells) and Freeman Iles Howard; her grandparents, Caroline, Arlis Sells, Cassie and Lindsay Howard; and her siblings, Jesse Freeman Howard, Norma Jean Harris Frances (Howard) and Linda Sue Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Kay Neal (Dennis) and Jerry Alan Richards; her grandchildren, Dustin Stedam (Megan Buck), Cody Neal and Jordan Richards (Brittni); her great grandchildren, Bryson Alan Richards, Sadie Melissa Neal and Adalyn Claire Stedam; and her siblings, Henry Joseph Howard and Judy Ann Boles (J. D. Janice Louise). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
