It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fonzie Delk of Jamestown, Tennessee, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Ray Delk; her parents, Nelson Smith and Stella Smith; her parents-in-law, Jesse and Lexie Delk; and her siblings, Cordell Smith Earl Smith, Avo Wallace and Gladys Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Truslow (Mark), David Delk (Pam), Vivian Lowe (Glenn) and Brenda Dills (Junior); and her siblings, Ruby Jewell Byrd and James Smith A Host (Friends). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren 14 Great Grandchildren.
