He was predeceased by: his father Earl David Sweat. He is survived by: his wife Kristin Sweat (Johnson); his children, Savannah Sweat, Sofia Sweat Elvilus (Elie), Juliana Sweat Beaty (Luke), Phoebe Sweat, Kaleb Sweat, Eli Sweat, Zuzu Sweat, Barret Sweat and Beatrice Sweat; his grandchildren, Elisee Elvilus and Valor Elvilus; his mother Irene Norman Young (Odis); and his sisters, Rhonda Smith (Kelvin) and Shannon Lane (Jimmy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Pine Haven Baptist Church (829 N York Hwy, Jamestown, TN 38556). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the True Light Church Building Fund.
